Apple’s going to release new iPhones with new functionality? What a scoop! As far as lower cost of ownership, it’s hard for Apple to beat $99 for their part of COO. AT&T would need to go to a tiered plan, which I do see as a possibility (since the iPad will have a tiered plan).
